Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. A nominal ₹100 handling charge is applicable on all COD orders.

At Oxinkle, returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. An unedited opening video showing the packaging and issue is mandatory, and requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for delays, change of mind, or missing videos cannot be accepted.
