Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 699. No coupon needed — discount applied automatically at checkout.

Standard Delivery Charges For prepaid orders below Rs. 699 a flat delivery charge of Rs. 49 will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on orders up to Rs. 999. A handling charge of Rs. 99 will be added at checkout to cover delivery and COD processing fees.

For orders above Rs. 999 only prepaid payment is accepted. This helps us ensure secure and faster processing for higher value orders.

Why Do We Charge for COD? We offer COD because we understand the need to trust a brand before paying upfront. The Rs. 99 charge helps us cover courier handling and COD collection fees. Switching to prepaid not only saves you Rs. 99 but also gets you free shipping on orders above Rs. 699.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments In case of any delay beyond the estimated delivery window please contact us at enquire.oxinkle@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it within 24–48 hours.
