Shipping Policy

We ship all across India and process your order within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays).

Shipping within India:
Oxinkle offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹100 is applicable for all COD orders within India. 

Once dispatched, your sparkle should reach you in 3–5 working days, depending on your city and pincode remote or rural areas may take a little longer. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp so you can stay updated in real time.

  Please ensure your address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at checkout, as orders returned due to incorrect details or customer unavailability may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch. In rare cases of courier delays, festive rush, or unforeseen disruptions, timelines may extend slightly but don’t worry, we’re always here to help. If a shipment is marked lost by the courier, we will either re-ship your order (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, as per your preference. Your trust means everything to us.
