Return & Refund

At OXINKLE, every piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of natural stones and limited inventory, we follow a strict No Refund Replacement Only policy. Replacement is accepted only if the product received is damaged in transit or a wrong item has been delivered. To raise a request, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery along with your Order ID and a clear, unedited unboxing video (from opening the parcel till the issue is visible). Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

Please note that natural stones, pearls, and handcrafted elements may vary slightly in size, shape, texture, or colour. Minor variations, screen colour differences, size issues, or small irregularities are not considered defects and will not qualify for replacement. If approved, the product must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 48 hours,. Once verified, the same item will be replaced (subject to availability).

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Any damage caused after delivery due to use or handling is not our responsibility; however, repair assistance may be provided where feasible, with courier charges borne by the customer. All decisions regarding replacements are subject to final approval by our Quality Check team.
